1) Scented Flowers

• Divide the scented flowers into 3 portions
• Store them in the refrigerator before use
• Soak 1 portion in a pail of water for 20 minutes for 3 consecutive nights
• Bathe with them from head to feet just before bedtime
2) 2 Handful Of Pomello Leaves Or Lime Leaves
(Shielding Your Mind)
• Divide the pomello leaves or lime leaves into 7 portions
• Store them in the refrigerator before use
• Place 1 new portion each time during bedtime on your pillow & rest your face/head upon them for 7 consecutive nights
• Discard used lime leaves when you wake up every morning out of house or apartment daily
• Replace with 1 new portion of lime leaves every night during bedtime
3) 1 Packet Of Ground Black Pepper
