Question Of The Day?

Which is your priority? Is your job satisfaction more important or how much salary you are being paid more important?

  1. Which is more important ?
    Love or sex life ?
If you can get this over then it is possible to understand which is more important.

  2. nothing is important in this world. we came, we see and we go... whatever we'd done in this world does not leave a scratch or anything. it's a journey for you to encounter. hope it can end soon.

  3. Job satisfaction is always more important than how much you are being paid unless your salary can't even fulfil your very basic needs.

  5. Job satisfaction is w/out a doubt a priority & important. When one is satisfy & happy w/ his/her work, he/she will most likely do well in their respective jobs/work. This in turn spells success & in most cases receive monetary gains as the reward. This reminds me of a conversation I had w/ my dentist last wk. His daughter aspires 2 pursue her dream in the performing arts field, in particular in screenwriting. He is still wondering & ask for my opinion (which he did ask me 3 yrs ago when she was a freshmen)whether she is going on the right path or not. My immediate answer in no uncertain terms was a definite "Yes". He told me she opted out after her 1st. yr & went 2 try her hand in Business School but felt miserable after 1 semester. She is now back in Performing Arts school w/ her elective in screenwriting & history. She's happy now(senior yr.) & getting fairly good grades. He(my dentist) concurred w/ me. As a matter of fact, he told me that his wife(also a dentist) was quite adamant & had earlier urged her/his daughter 2 go 2 medical school, perchance graduate as a doctor or dentist 2 follow in the footsteps of the parents. My doctor openly told me that from his observation of her daughter's personality that she will never b able 2 hold down a job like his being holed up in a 10' x 15' room all day doing dentistry work like his.
In my opinion, in pursuance of an education is akin 2 choosing a career path, self satisfaction is of paramount importance. Good salary or financial gains or good grades(in the case in education) will follow suit.
